Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and include the original packaging. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photographs. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Mandatory consumer rights applicable in Spain and the European Union remain unaffected.
